From Insecurities to Empowerment:

My Journey to Becoming a Master Fitness Trainer


My journey into the world of personal training and health coaching started with my own struggles and aspirations. As a young person, I faced challenges related to my self-image and confidence. I was healthy but struggled with being underweight, feeling too skinny and short to meet societal standards of attractiveness. These feelings created an inferiority complex that affected my overall well-being and self-perception.

My early experiences of feeling inadequate and insecure about my appearance motivated me to explore ways to transform myself physically and mentally. This marked the beginning of my journey toward becoming a fitness expert and eventually, a renowned personal trainer and health coach.

While I initially faced challenges and setbacks in the competitive bodybuilding arena, I used these experiences as opportunities for growth and learning. With each competition and training session, I honed my skills, expanded my knowledge, and developed a deep understanding of how to achieve optimal physical fitness and wellness.


Through years of hard work, discipline, and continuous learning, I not only became a national champion in bodybuilding but also discovered my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. My personal transformation from a self-conscious individual to a confident, knowledgeable fitness expert fueled my desire to empower others on their own fitness journeys.

My origin story serves as a testament to the transformative power of perseverance, dedication, and self-belief. My experiences have shaped me into a compassionate and effective coach, dedicated to helping individuals not only look good but also feel their best, both physically and mentally.

Where will the training be held?

First assessment will be done through Zoom.
After the understanding your goals, aspirations & your body's condition through an initial assessment, we will invite you over to our physical gym located conveniently in the central region of Singapore.

Who will I be meeting for the consultation?

You will be meeting Kevin - Master personal fitness trainer himself.
You will be assessed by him personally & trained by him.

What is this?

With more than 30 years of experience, he have trained people from all walks of life, whether you are an executive, professional, business owner or someone with health issues. Kevin will train you personally to achieve your goals and create a new transformed body.

I do not want to BULK up and have too much muscles.

We believe everyone is unique. There is no need to become packed with muscles, not everyone wants to become a body builder. InnerChampion training will be tailored to your goals and we will help you achieve it. In fact, you'd be surprised how much more you will gain in the aspect of your health, fitness, life & how much more energy you it can bring you to live life to the fullest.

Can I lose weight?

Most clients train with us, does lose weight. It could be anywhere from 1 - 30 kgs depending on your body structure. Most clients look better having trimmed certain parts of their body's fat. For the skinnier ones, you'd be packing dense muscles that's flexible and functional.
